Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Cancún

Absolutely gorgeous upon entering!!! The service was outstanding. The lobster was prepared perfectly and in my top 3 of all time. Two of us had the lasagna and it too was over the top!!! Lovely experience!!

La Dolce Vita in Cancun is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. We were warmly greeted at the door, and the hospitality only got better as the evening progressed. A special highlight was the owner himself stopping by our table to share a brief history of the restaurant and personally congratulate our friends on their anniversary. The gluten-free meal we ordered was flavorful and beautifully prepared, proving that dietary restrictions don’t have to compromise taste. And the chocolate mousse dessert? Simply divine—rich, velvety, and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The ambiance is another standout feature. The restaurant is so uniquely decorated that you lose track of time and almost forget you’re in Cancun. Despite living in the Caribbean, we truly felt transported to Europe for the evening. I highly recommend La Dolce Vita to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. We’re so glad we discovered this incredible spot and can’t wait to return!

The Waldorf Astoria in Cancun is an excellent and uniquely secluded hotel, and its signature restaurant, Malpeque, is simply fantastic! We are currently on vacation celebrating our son's birthday(8 years old) and experiencing the exceptional service offered by Waldorf. Our waiter, Jimin, was excellent at assisting us with ordering the specials, both cocktails and entrees, at Malpeque. He and his colleagues made sure everything was perfect during our dinner! The cuisine is outstanding, the ambiance is impossible to beat (alfresco with the sounds and views across the ocean), and the service was impeccable. Do not miss an opportunity to experience this jewel in Cancun!
