It was a breath of fresh air since this kind of service is rarely found. Marcus was our server. He was knowledgeable, polite and funny. The whole staff was very attentive. The food of course was amazing and delicious. We will return.More infoblue grillhousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Bethlehem•4.8

- MMarianNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTook our family to Founding Farmers brunch for the first time. What an experience! We went Thanksgiving weekend and after cooking so much at home for the holiday it was such a treat to go enjoy this buffet. Our server, Maria, couldn’t have done a better job making us feel welcome and explaining the layout if the buffet. She also asked us about food allergies and told us of any item that had tree nuts — Pecan Pie. The carving station had roast beef, ham, thick sliced bacon cooked to perfection, assorted sausages and even salmon cakes. We also enjoyed the blackened catfish as other diners said not to miss this as well as the miso-glazed salmon. Of course, there’s also an omelette station. My kids loved the french toast with the bananas foster on top. So good. There’s also some light healthy choices which my daughter loved. But honestly, it’s a buffet… too much good food to enjoy. Did I mention the cinnamon rolls that they welcome you to the table with? Big soft cinnamon rolls baked in an iron skillet and hot out of the oven with the glaze dripping on top. Save til the end of the meal if you can. They are filling. We highly recommend this place for brunch. You won’t be disappointed. Great food. Great service.
