- JJanetNew York City •15 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe have dined here many times and the food is usually excellent. This time was not the case. I had to return my burger as it was definitely overcooked. My friend ordered the cob salad and the chicken was also overcooked and the salad overdressed. Since this is an unusual occurrence, I would return with the thought this was a one off. The service was excellent as usual and when my burger was replaced it was excellent.More infoHudson Garden Grill at the New York Botanical GardenPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Bronx Park•4.4

- PPatrickVIPNew York City •54 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024The dining experience here is nothing short of exceptional, with outstanding service that perfectly complements the superb cuisine. The decor and ambiance transport you to a quintessential steakhouse setting, blending timeless charm with a contemporary twist—exposed brick and a lofty industrial aesthetic set the stage beautifully. The cocktail menu deserves special praise, with the Mezcal Old Fashioned standing out as a true masterpiece—a smoky, nuanced twist on the classic that’s worth savoring. As for the star of the meal, we indulged in the dry-aged New York strip sirloin, expertly prepared to a flawless medium. The steak was a revelation, its tender richness melting like butter with each bite. Though I typically gravitate toward a ribeye, this strip was a compelling choice that did not disappoint. Every detail, from the ambiance to the culinary execution, reflected a thoughtful commitment to quality, making this steakhouse an unforgettable experience.More infoBrooklyn Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• TriBeCa•4.5
- SShariGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined on 23 Dec 2024What a lovely place! I went for breakfast this time (dinner last time). It was just perfect. I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast which was both delicious and beautiful. An off-menu order of a couple of egg whites was easily accepted. Strangely, the egg whites were absolutely delicious! I stay "strangely" because how can egg whites be great? But they were! Do yourself a favor and go to Apropos for any meal or just a drink or dessert. You will be glad that you did!More infoApropos Restaurant at The Abbey InnPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Peekskill•4.5
