Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Glendale

The place is charming. Kind staff. Delicious food. We will return and drink some of the great wine next time!

I wish this restaurant was closer to San Diego! We had a blast, great food, awesome service, food came fast, our server was extremely friendly and nice, everyone was super helpful. We celebrated our wedding anniversary the right way. Overall it was a great experience, it was worth the drive. And I brought a lots of food home. I’m good for a few days.

I booked afternoon tea for a group of four. We were seated promptly, and blankets were provided to keep us warm outside, which my guests loved. The tea and scones arrived quickly, and everything was delicious—warm tea, tasty sandwiches, and lovely desserts. Although the outdoor seating is near the road, it wasn’t busy, so noise wasn’t an issue. Some additional separation, like drapery or dividers, could enhance the ambiance, but the shrubbery provided adequate distance. Overall, we had a fantastic afternoon and will definitely return. The waiter, Hayk, provided us with exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, always on his feet, and never idle like some other staff. He was constantly moving around, ensuring every guest was enjoying their experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his dedication truly stood out. Hayk’s hard work and professionalism make Katsin a better place to dine. He’s an asset to the team!
