We sat at the bar and Max was outstanding. We were there toward the end of the night (8-9) so quieter which was perfect fir what we were looking for. Chef finished shirt and came over and thanked us for coming in which was sweet. We always love our night’s here and are never disappointed.

Food is excellent and original while reflecting Vermont local products; Sommelier and wait staff are helpful and friendly and mixologist crafts delicious and unique mixed drinks. Lovely and comfortable setting with cozy fireplaces. Conversation friendly.

Ardelia’s has an excellent breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of hot items to choose from, including a make to order omelet bar. It seemed to me that they offered most everything you could want for breakfast. I appreciated the fresh strawberries and blueberries and Greek yogurt and pastries. I noted that there was almond milk and oat milk provided, which told me they are attentive to people like me wanting dairy alternatives. Our server, Sanja, was very attentive, keeping our coffee cups full and dishes cleared.
