We went Thanksgiving weekend and after cooking so much at home for the holiday it was such a treat to go enjoy this buffet. Our server, Maria, couldn’t have done a better job making us feel welcome and explaining the layout if the buffet. She also asked us about food allergies and told us of any item that had tree nuts — Pecan Pie. The carving station had roast beef, ham, thick sliced bacon cooked to perfection, assorted sausages and even salmon cakes. We also enjoyed the blackened catfish as other diners said not to miss this as well as the miso-glazed salmon. Of course, there’s also an omelette station. My kids loved the french toast with the bananas foster on top. So good. There’s also some light healthy choices which my daughter loved. But honestly, it’s a buffet… too much good food to enjoy. Did I mention the cinnamon rolls that they welcome you to the table with? Big soft cinnamon rolls baked in an iron skillet and hot out of the oven with the glaze dripping on top. Save til the end of the meal if you can. They are filling. We highly recommend this place for brunch. You won’t be disappointed. Great food. Great service. The seafood pancake appitizer is not to be missed. The shared trays of meat and seafood were beautifully presented and included a delicious array side dishes. The waiter cooked everything to perfection and it was all delicious! It’s a great choice for an evening out.More infoSalt Korean BBQPrice: Expensive• Korean• Montgomeryville•4.7
- SSHARYNvipPhiladelphia County •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was amazing and our server, Amer, was outstanding! As steakhouses go this was definitely one of the better ones we’ve enjoyed. Portion sizes for appetizers was great for sharing. We had several including the crispy shrimp, braised pork belly, calamari, chicken fried lobster, and meatballs. All were really yummy - the meatballs were probably the best I’ve ever had. Although Amer told us the salads were individually portioned, the Caesar salad was huge (plenty to share) and the beet salad could easily serve 2 or 3. Our steaks and my pork chops were cooked perfectly. Steak 48 will definitely be in the dining out rotation going forward.More infoSteak 48 - PhiladelphiaPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
