November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers.     Awesome dinner. Feel bad about giving 4 for service. Their bartender quit. So the Chef owner had to mix our 2 rounds of cocktails - keeping us waiting. The hostess and servers were wonderful. Food is exceptional. Salmon skin tacos are a must!

    Everything was great from the moment we entered the restaurant. We requested a table in the main room where the entertainment was and they didn’t disappoint us. We had to wait for a bit at the bar, which was fine with us, and then we were led to a table with a perfect view of the very entertaining singer they had that night. The waiter was awesome and the food (we split the lasagna and there was plenty for both of us) was fantastic. I highly recommend Capos, but make sure you are in the same room as the entertainment.

    Seriously - up there with the very best restaurants in Vegas. Tasting menu tonight was epic - every dish delicious. Intimate space and great service. Don’t miss the Jamon, the scallops or the Tarte Flambée!

    This is an exceptional restaurant. Please do not let the outdated plaza which houses the restaurant fool you. This is an oasis where the food and service are exceptional. We have been coming here every Vegas trip.
