There was a vegetarian in the group and our host created tea sandwiches for her. Everything was delicious and nothing was left on the three tier dish. It was a magical experience for both of us, right down to a little candle for her on one of the sweets. The image of her drinking tea and enjoying the traditions and lovely atmosphere will stay with me always.
