Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Hamilton

Last night my husband, son, and I had Casey as our waitress for dinner. She is not only attentive, but also very personable. We were delighted that she read the notes on us and asked about our first dinner date at Row34 over 10 years ago. Although we generally have had good service over the years, this is the first time staff read the notes and brought them up. We hope Casey gets a shoutout for her efforts.

First time at Branch Line. Ambience is very nice, modern and open but visually appealing. Service was excellent; knowledgeable and helpful wait-staff. Food came quickly and was nicely cooked, e.g. fish nice and soft, moist but completely done. Sauces were savory and not too salty. Delicious hot chocolate brownie dessert. Wine list is interesting and reasonably priced. My only issue is that it is pretty noisy, so don't plan on a quiet, intimate conversation. Else, definitely worth the money.

Wonderful place to kick off the New Year with their NYD Brunch! We've been here for the brunch before but this was our first NYD experience. The food was solid. We had a sticky bun and biscuits with jam to start that were off the charts. The kids mac and cheese was top notch and the drinks were A+! Both of the two orders of Eggs Benedict we ordered had over cooked yokes and not enough hollandaise sauce, but they were tasty and our server brought extra sauce on request. Speaking of our server, Hannah was awesome and always attentive to our needs. She really put the experience over the top! We will definitely be back both for the weekend brunch and on New Year's Day 2026!

We celebrated my son's Birthday tonight. Everything was just perfect!

We can't recommend Mile Marker One enough! It's always been a summer favorite of ours, but we just ate lunch in one of their very cool igloos on the water, and it was fantastic. Along with a table for 4, there was a cozy sitting area for 2 people provided. The service and food was the usual excellent, and the view! Their was even music tapped in. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for putting these igloos on the deck so we could experience everything we love about Mile Marker in the winter too! A+
