PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery opened in 2014 in the Village Shops of the Castle Hills subdivision, in Lewisville, TX (near the borders of Carrollton and The Colony).     The Ranch at Las Colinas is my favorite restaurant. My go-to meal is the Chipotle Meatloaf with a double portion of whipped potatoes. It checks all the boxes for me. That smoked tomato poblano salsa is fantastic! The waitstaff is always knowledgeable about the menu and great at making recommendations when I can't figure out what I want. The drinks are perfectly crafted according to the menu, and they are always good pours. I always go on my birthday and a few times a year for special occasions.

    We were seated promptly on the far end of the restaurant overlooking the lake. We ordered a couple of cocktails, and they were good. The curry leaf chicken kebabs and the truffle and wild mushroom kulcha were really tasty appetizers. The kebabs were flavorful and juicy. For the main course we had the fenugreek paneer, kerala beef fry and the seafood moilee. For dessert, we tried the carrot halwa cake. Everything turned out great. Our server Emma was attentive. We had a very good experience at Windmills.
