Union & Finch is an American style bistro located at 1528 West Union Street in Allentown offering lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple. Our goal is to offer quality food and drinks at reasonable prices on a daily basis with a mature sense of hospitality and playful vibe.     We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

    The hostess was warmly welcoming with a smile. I asked her twice but forgot. The bartender was kind, attentive, patient and so hospitable. And she was cute!!!! She made me a just about perfect old fashioned. I had a house salad with salmon blackened medium rare accompanied by the lamb meatballs with a house made yogurt. Everything at Twisted Olive makes you want to come back!!!!

    Sports and social was the best place to go before the show at the Arena across the street! Couldn’t be more convenient. We got the appetizer tower, which was more than enough food for four of us!
