Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out. Every thing we had was amazing! The beef Wellington was phenomenal! Also the short ribs were good just needed a bit more sauce and was a tad bit dry. Espresso martini 🍸 was a great choice it was the perfect balance! I can’t wait to try this place again!

My experience at Beyond Sweet is always phenomenal. The service was top tier and the food even better. I invited two newcomers with me and they shared the same experience. Beyond Sweet never misses and it has become a weekly thing for me!! Pictured is the grilled red snapper and it was incredible!! Full of flavor. The fried snapper is also great!!

We’ve been here about 5 times. Drinks and service has always been excellent. But the food has been very average. They did a menu change since the last time we went, and everything we got was amazing! The food is now back on par with their service and drinks. Excited to go back again!

I had been wanting to try John Mineo’s for some time, and am so glad that I finally did. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the lunch menu is a great deal. The seafood pasta was out of this world, and the chocolate peanut butter pie was heavenly. My server Rick was just wonderful, and made certain that my experience was perfect. It has to be the most authentic Italian restaurant in St. Louis. I look forward to returning.
