Best Live Music Restaurants in Portsmouth

We were a party of 8 that had a very nice, spacious table in the back corner of the restaurant. We were there for the music bingo event. It was a blast. Despite the restaurant being full for the event the service was good. The menu was also good, though could have provided a few more chicken, pasta, salad options. Since we had teenagers with us it was nice that there was a pool table, darts, and shuffleboard to keep them entertained.

Jeanie was a fantastic server! Although a guest was rude to us when we first got there, the hostess and server were very professionally.

Arrived for our reservation and were seated promptly - Caroline filled our water glasses and we both ordered drinks - their draft selection is pretty good, had a Peroni and also a Grey Sail. Ordered an Appetizer, Baked feta with toasted Focaccia, good - but Value a bit off at $14-$16 range - just real simple and just felt not enough for the money. We ordered another round and a Bristol Pizza, have had it in the past and always enjoyed it - this night was no different, very good. Caroline was great, explained the specials, attentive and had a friendly personality. Would definitely return -

My girlfriend and I had the best time at The Reef a special Valentine's Day. She loved it. From the minute we walked in and we were seated, buy a friendly and kind woman. To our server, Sam, who was friendly,professional, and knowledgeable. Sam made it a great night with his pleasant and happy attitude. We had baked oysters and scallops for appetizers. For the entrees, we had filet mignon and lobster ravioli, and for the fabulous desserts, we had chocolate lava cake with gelato and a twist on regular tarimisu they offered a strawberry champagne tarimisu. The awesome specialty drinks a raspberry lemon drop and delicious old-fashioned. Thank you to everyone behind the scenes at The Reef for an amazing night.

Excellent food and great service! Music was a little loud for space, which made conversation difficult.
