Service was great! Maya did great job to make my daughter’s 21st birthday special!

Every time we enjoy a meal at Balmoral, we are impressed. Love everything from the giant drink menu, to delicious food, to amazing service, to our bagpiper greeting! We were so happy to see so many guests tonight.

The food, service and ambiance were all good. I’m giving it a 4 only because my food was cold. I had the chicken Limones, it tasted really good, but was cold especially the veggies, almost like they came straight out the fridge. I was with 3 other people and they also loved their food.

Really nice ambiance, if a party of 1 or 2 request a sofa seat. It's in a separate room and more quiet. The service was excellent, everything came incredibly fast. We shared the pepperoni flatbread, but the charcuterie board looked amazing. The gnocchi in vodka sauce was good, as were the mini cannolis. We went before a concert, but would go just for a meal, drinks and appetizers, or dessert. There is a cover charge if there is entertainment, but not if you go earlier.

Great service. Varied menu. Meal was delicious. Full bar and creative cocktails.
