Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Aruba

Food was great, especially the pizza. Service was fast and friendly

We had an incredible time at Ever Restaurant. 7-course chef’s tastings (plus a couple of surprise courses!). Every dish was incredible, combining such unique flavors and textures, and each plated beautifully. Ever, the chef, and his crew were so friendly. It felt like we were part of a big family meal by the end of the experience. Highly highly recommend! When we come back to Aruba we will definitely come back to Ever.

This was my second time at Catch and I know I’ll be back for a third. The fish feels like it’s the freshest in Aruba. I know because we ordered the sashimi and the catch of the day, which was barracuda. It’s prepared so well and each bite is exquisite, especially with the flavorful sauces. And what I really remembered from last time were the cocktails and we had something unreal with the watermelon that was our favorite. To round it out, the service was exceptional! Another great trip to Aruba and another great meal at Catch!

Absolutely excellent experience, ambience and food. I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairings and the journey through the various flavors of each of the five courses. I have been visiting Aruba for 25+ years and this is the best meal I have had in Aruba. Thank you very much Chef Patrick! We will be back next year.

Chef's Dinner was one of the highlights of our Aruba trip! Fun interacting with the chef and his assistant. Wine pairing was excellent. The amount of food was perfect for our group. (Similar dinners often serve too much food leaving you uncomfortable by the last course). Highly recommend!
