Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in North Scottsdale

Food is always excellent. Service was a little scattered. Coffee was cold and eventually replaced. Do not order cranberry orange cake—I loved desserts and this one is not good.

Our meal was an excellent fusion of Asian and Mexican cuisines. They suggested approaching with a shared plate experience, and that was the right way to go. Everything we had - sushi rolls, salmon and toro nigiri, guac with pomegranate (like my great aunts from Mexico used to make!), rainbow ceviche, seafood paella, and street corn - was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. The creative flavor combinations made for delightful discoveries on the menu. It's a bit pricey, but we felt it was worth it. The attentive and prompt service was excellent.

I love The Greene House. Izzy our bartender was terrific. We ordered the mussels app. Garlic butter broth with chorizo and char toasted bread to soak the rich tasty broth. Yum. Out second item was the smoked salmon over a cream cheese sauce and potato hash brown cake and topped with lightly dressed fresh arugula. 😋 Finally, we completed the night with a freshly brewed expresso martini.

Pizza choices through the roof. Pizza comes out quick in the wood fired oven. Can’t beat this stuff and arguably the best pizza in AZ. Service was good. My only knock was the wine seemed a little stale, but wasn’t horrible. Also, the wine in little 6 oz cups is cute, but only for certain types. Like a table Chianti, etc. not for other varietals, and not for 10-11 a glass. I’d like to see you change that, or offer a customer a choice. I get it, trying to be old school ginzo, but other than convenience on your part, it hurts the vibe a bit.

First time back since redesign and loved the atmosphere in the side dining area. Staff was friendly and helpful, meals were delicious. Flaming Burrata was delicious. Parmesan Truffle Crusted Filet was mouth melting. Spicy Rigatoni was light and spicy. Grilled asparagus very tasty. If enjoy a bottle of wine, offerings were extensive but expensive…lowest bottle of Cabernet was $95, just some limiting options for some.
