Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in The STRAT Hotel & Casino

Great local eatery, just outside the bustle of Fremont Street. We ate late (9:45pm) so it was uncrowded and delightfully quiet! Sat at the chef's bar to watch the action- the counter doesn't quite have enough overhang for knee-room, but we managed to avoid losing any food on our laps. Too the server's suggestions: deviled eggs, black rice oxtail risotto, and NY strip to share between two of us. Everything was delicious, but we were too stuffed to try the desserts. Great cocktails we enjoyed as well: the Leisure Suit Larry, a butterscotchy elixer; and the Swipe Right, a fruity mule drink. Highly recommend!

Eric was a superb waiter, loved his personality. Had a cute chocolate cone with Happy Birthday and loved it.

It was great, we went with a group of five, got there 5 minutes late even though we left 30 minutes early. We got a notification that our table was ready at 11:20 (our reservation was for 11:45) we had to find parking since they’re located right on the strip. It took a while even though we cut through the casino. The place was very nice, we waited a minute or two for our table. The staff was very friendly and gave us suggestions. The food didn’t take very long to come. The views we got were great. The seats were comfortable, and the table was clean. It was honestly amazing. We got the Wellington, chicken, and filet. And the Mac and cheese, Brussel sprout, and the mashed. Everything was great. No one at our table had and complaints or dislikes about the food, sides, or garnish. No negatives at all besides the parking.

Bazaar Meat was fantastic! From the moment we were greeted by the hostess, to leaving the restaurant everything was impeccable. The food was amazing and the service was flawless. Sunday our server was one of the best we have ever had at any restaurant. He made us feel that we were his only guests. Also, Eduardo, the general manager personally stopped by our table to say hello and to make sure that we were happy. Bazaar is definitely a five star restaurant and we will return again soon!

Great place to eat. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. We each got the 3 course meal. The butternut Squash soup, beef Wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding were the best I’ve ever had! Hands down. Gordan Ramsey’s kitchen is phenomenal. Dennis was our server and was great. They even put candles on our desert. Simply amazing. Highly recommend!! The entire staff was great
