Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. From the time we entered, we felt relaxed and taken care of. The dining room was intimate and the tables were spread apart nicely. Everything we ate was delicious-bruschetta, Etch salad, filet, and venison (my husband). The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew we weee attending a show at Bridgestone, so they paced appropriately. The price is a little higher ($50 for a filet), but we never felt anyone was trying to upscale us. I highly recommend for a date night or special occasion.
