I’m almost reluctant to post this review because I don’t want the secret to come out as to what an amazing culinary experience I had! The food and drinks were great. Amazing local drink menu and all of the food is locally sourced. Our server was absolutely amazing and so friendly!

I’ve always loved Serafina on Madison Avenue and have consistently had great experiences. However, last night was disappointing. Our server, an older gentleman, seemed unfriendly and was absent for much of our meal. This impacted the overall experience. I hope you can ensure that all staff members are welcoming and attentive to maintain the high standard I’ve come to expect from Serafina.
