Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in Larkspur

Found out today that bread is no longer served but now must be ordered. A disappointment after years of receiving fresh bread with delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar at the start of a meal. This little thing, always seems to differentiate your restaurant from the competition. It’s only a small $4 to order bread now but we received day old bread because it’s no longer a daily staple before lunch. I guess times are hard for everyone. Just thought u should hear of our disappointment in our recent experience. Staff are always cordial, friendly and prompt.

Appetizers were delicious Main meals not so much My medium filet was too tough

Really good meal and great service for our dinner before a movie on Friday night. Would have liked a better table but the restaurant was really busy this night with a number of larger groups.

Mitch made our experience wonderful and enjoyable, and the chef was very accommodating of our allergies and dietary requests. We’ll be back for dinner next time we visit, thank you!
