- EEileenvipOrange County •34 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of our favorite ristoranti on the peninsula specializing in Northern Italian cuisine. The dishes are authentic and thoughtfully prepared. The wait staff is attentive without being intrusive. A great date night place.More infoDonato EnotecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Redwood City•4.6
- JJosephSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went here two days in a row - It was THAT GOOD! We had a party of 8 the first day and went back with just 2 for a second time Wait staff was great both times. Portions are generous and staff is attentive. Variety is wide with something for every taste. Pizzas are incredibly fresh, crispy and loaded with toppings. Chicken was unbelievably moist with a crispy skin. Wine selection is considerable. Deserts are also wonderful! Ambience is comfortable, but active and the area is worth walking around. OUTSTANDING in every way. This will be my "goto" whenever I'm in the area.More infoRise Woodfire - San MateoPrice: Moderate• American• San Mateo•4.5
- CCarolvipSan Francisco Bay Area •44 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were seated in the lovely side room close to a warm & comfy fireplace. The room was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We love the little lamps on each table, making it easy to read the menu. We both had the delicious Ahi, which is out of the world so fabulous. It came with some delicious spinach and we asked for the baked potato, which is our favorite. Great service and we had such a wonderful evening there!More infoParkside GrillePrice: Expensive• Californian• Portola Valley•4.8
- AAmyHawaii •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoSecond time testing this anchor to the Ladera scene. The pappardelle with lamb ragu is excellent —enjoy the mushrooms and the surprise olives. The pizza is outstanding. Served piping hot but not burned, this is thin-crust pizza at its best. More ingredients on top than a true Napolitan pizza but an excellent compromise between Italian sensibilities and Silicon Valley taste buds.More infoPortola BistroPrice: Moderate• European• Portola Valley•4.2
- NNamrataSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Nov 2024I hadn’t been to Evvia in years and it was so great to go back. My friend and I shared a bunch of appetizers: meatballs, octopus, roasted beets and the butternut squash. The octopus was fantastic as were the meatballs. We each had a glass of wine and the whole meal was $100. Will definitely do that again.More infoEvviaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Palo Alto•4.8
