   We had a business dinner at the restaurant. Everyone was welcome and accommodating. I had the braised short rib and it was fall off the bone delightful. Our table shared the charcuterie board, cheese curds, and walleye cakes. All apps were delicious. The noise level was moderate. There were 11 people in our party and it was easy to carry on a conversation. Highly recommend.

   **Rating:** ★★★★★ (5/5) An outstanding dining experience at Fire Lake Grill House! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent—attentive and knowledgeable. I had the duck, which was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with caramelized Brussels sprouts. The Manhattan was fantastic, served with a large clear ice cube, just the way I like it. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the location offers easy access in and out. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable fine dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

   Server seemed overbooked. Took a long time to get apps & our wine & beer. We ordered the wings & bread. The wings never came. Our server said they’ll be late & they’ll comp them but they never came at all. My roasted chicken dinner was excellent! My son’s BLT was excelllent! The tater tots were sweet potato & we didn’t realize that so nobody ate those. My husbands prime rib was tough as nails - he did not like it. The potato’s & Brussels it came with were awesome! Again it took a long time to get a second glass of wine & beer. When we finally got our bill - which also took a while - the wings that we never got - were on it. The server took them off. We never got anything comped, including our dessert for the error. We love this place but things were amiss last night.

   We had a great evening out with friends to celebrate birthdays. Our server Joe was fantastic and his recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our Birthdays great!

   A gorgeous place for a romantic dinner. My duck entree was magnificent, and my wife's pork chop dinner was excellent. The staff was attentive, and the dessert we shared was truly memorable.

   Made reservations and they were rude and didn’t even acknowledge my families reservation time leading for a 45 min wait.! What’s the point of a reservation if you aren’t going to respect it and seat us at our assigned time?

   Reservation was for 7:00, didn’t get seated for 45 mins. Then server took forever to greet our table, drinks took too long to arrive. Our food order sat in the window far too long and was mediocre. Will not eat here again. Gorgeous place, but everything else was lacking.

   The attention to detail and customer service was phenomenal. I had the Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately the turkey was quite dry, tough, and unseasoned. It might have been large batch serving? Nonetheless given the incredible customer service, I would try again.

    Sat down on thanksgiving day and after 15 mins I asked another waiter to have my waiter come to us. This was one of 3 times the whole meal we saw him. $34 for about 6 oz of walleye? Cmon son. I grew up on the Great Lakes and I expect 3-4 fillets. This was 1 fillet,1/4” at its thickest. My son ordered a Pat’s dish with chicken and a half breast was sitting alongside the pasta. No seasonings, grill marks, etc. on it. I had flown 1000 miles to enjoy tg with my son n his family to be treated to a horrible experience. I wrote on the receipt that the waiter deserved less than the 5% I gave him and that I start at 20% when I sit down. Do not waste your time or your money here. I had to ask the bus person for the check. The only reason any of your services received two stars was so I could give your food and server one star. The food and the server deserved negative stars, the others deserved one star if any. Your ambience maybe a 2 or 3
