   The food was absolutely amazing. Steaks were great. My only complaint, was paying $20 for 3 tiny scallop sides, and another $20 for a tiny bit of crab meat on our steak. That felt like a major ripoff. Everything was great, it did get pretty noisy, even in one of the side rooms.

   The food was excellent it seemed like they were short staffed at bar and servers. Took forever to get drinks and wasnt the flemmings level of attention last night. Two examples one we used to always get choc truffles for Birthday last night nothing not even picture? Also on the three course meal I asked if I could get and alternate dessert the server said she will see what she can do but was served the banana foster it was just brought out at least server could have said I tried but wasnt able to switch out the dessert. When you pay $300 for dinner you expect higher level of service not Applebee’s level. It was not terrible service but this was not like it was when Bob ran it.

   Great Steakhouse can’t wait to go back. The service was incredible; multiple staff making sure you had everything you wanted.

   Very good food, ala carte menu style, would go back for sure. 100$ per plate easy.

   Dina our server was outstanding! Made the night exceptional. Steak was fatty, ribeye. Drinks were above average in taste. Value of meals were overpriced. Would only go back for out server.

   Medium rare dry-aged 16oz ribeye with a butter mixture of smoked chili, crushed red pepper, kosher salt, fresh garlic, and chopped parsley. It was magnificent. OMG

   I was so looking forward to New Years Eve dinner at my absolute favorite place to enjoy steak. The service was stellar and the restaurant beautifully decorated and clean, but the food was just awful. I ordered the filet medium, but what I got was a charred, difficult to chew scrap of meat. The inside was cooked correctly, but the outside was nearly impenetrable to cut and chew. The mashed potatoes were dry and seemed old. I just didn’t feel like complaining and didn’t say a word(totally my fault)! Felt like I was eating Catherine’s turkey from Christmas Vacation! This was my last visit sad to say.

   We went for NYE and everything was absolutely lovely with 2 small exceptions: there was someone at the bar absolutely screaming every few minutes, disturbing the evening and overall ambiance. The restaurant isn't responsible for a customer's poor behavior, but I do wish management had intervened potentially sooner. Additionally, our dinners seemed to be timed wrong, as my partner's steak came out piping hot but my chicken and our side came out quite cold. However, regardless of this, the food and wine were exquisite, the dessert was to die for, and our server was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to Fleming's for a fantastic night out!

   We were celebrating New Year’s Eve. Reservation was for 5:45pm but we arrived 20 minutes early and they seated us right away. Server was attentive but did not hover. I had the petite filet mignon done well and butter flied. Steak was done correctly but the seasoning on the steak was heavy so it covered up the flavor. My husband had the 14oz New York strip, medium. Most of the steak was medium, cooked with a warm pink center. However the middle was more medium raw. We took that portion home. The Flemming potatoes were a little over cooked as they stuck to the sides and the bottom of the pan. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. Snappy but not raw. We did not have dessert as we were full from dinner. But it was nice that our waitress reminded us as we were dining that the Lava cake takes 20 to cook. Also appreciate that the waitress took our valet ticket so the car would be waiting for us when we left. It was pouring rain that night. We plan on returning in the future because we like their steaks.

    Normally, at Flemings, everything is fantastic. We have been going there for years. That said, tonight we had the most upsetting dessert. We ordered creme brûlée for two and they brought it out before it was fired. At first we took a bite then realized this was not ready and had not been heated. The dining room was experiencing a rush a we figured it was overlooked. But we will make mention to the host next time. Unfortunately disappointed.
