   Our experience was very enjoyable as it was me and my partners first time enjoying this trip out to a Flemmings. Have been to some fine dining establishments in the past and most were not worth the price of the food. This definitely turned our heads to how great a fine dining experience can be. While my original filet was overcooked to a medium well rather than medium rare, the second steak was melt in your mouth amazing. Had their Brussels sprouts which were a highlight, lobster Mac n’cheese, added a lobster tail upgrade and it all was magnificent. Ended the night with chocolate lava cakes served with vanilla ice cream and house made chantilly cream. Have to save up to go back, but we will be back!

   It has been a while since we dined at Flemings. It was a great experience overall. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Our server, Ben W. was attentive, thorough and friendly. The layout was different than before. It more resembled a cafeteria than what we’ve come to expect for an upscale dining venue but, some of the clientele stretched the “Business Casual” dress code so….shrug. We used the valet service and they were friendly and fast. We’d go back for special occasions.

   Our waiter was excellent. Very attentive. Explained menu options in detail. As always the food was excellent. Fleming’s is our favorite restaurant for special occasions.

    We did not enjoy our dinner at Flemings at all. We arrived 5 minutes early and waiting 20 minutes to be seated was the least of our concerns. having been in customer service for 29 years i understand when plans do not proceed as intended, but there was no communication from the wait staff as to their problems or acknowledge fs such. 3 of 4 had scallops that were served cold. The filet was good. brussels sprouts were burnt. other customers were served on to next course before we had ordered. finally asked the hostess if we had done something to irritate the staff. this was probably a mistake as then our gift card could not be run? Hostess did offer free desert, but we were just ready to leave. I have never responded negatively to a restaurant before, but this was a total mess. If they had overbooked, it wasn't my fault. I didn't expect an inexpensive meal but was very disappointed ,especially when considering the price. We will not return.
