   One of our favorite places to dine, yet pricy enough that we only go for SPECIAL occasions. I’ve never had a bad serving. Steaks are cooked to perfection and the temp is always spot on. Service (servers) staff are well trained and listen! YEA!

   My parents celebrated their anniversary and had a wonderful and welcoming time. A nice card waiting and they received a treat at the end.

   Our son in law was away for work so my husband and I took our daughter and grandkids out to dinner. The kids loved their strawberry lemonades. They said they were the best they ever had. Our grandson who is a very picky eater order the shareable side Lobster Mac n Cheese. He said it was experience and ate every bite. Very impressive! It was a wonderful night and the food was delicious. Our server was excellent always there never had to wait for anything. We will definitely be back, but will have to save up $$$$!

   I want to preface this review and say our waitress was fantastic. She was truly a gem and this review is not towards her. Management on the other hand should have done better by us. We came to Flemings as first timers to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. She wanted to go for lunch so it wouldn't be busy and we all wouldn't be so full later on. We also live about an hour away so it also allowed us to miss traffic. Upon arriving we were the only people in the entire restaurant. I had made reservations in advance not knowing how busy it would be and mentioned we were celebrating a big milestone. The hostess brought us to our table they had some confetti on it and a signed birthday card from the entire staff. We all were impressed and thought what a great start. Since we had not been here before it did take us a bit to decide what we wanted and like I said our waitress was great. We ordered within 20-25 minutes of arriving and by this time a couple had arrived and was sitting near the bar area. We then sat and waited and waited and waited some more. After about 45 minutes the manager, I assume, came over and told us that she was sorry but she was unhappy with the food that was prepared and they were remaking it, there were 5 of us in our group and none of us got anything other than different steaks all cooked medium. By the time we got our food it was pushing the 1.5 hour mark of when we ordered. Once we finally got our food all of our steaks were rare to blue, potatoes were burned and very crispy. A different person came to the table with vouchers for $50 for my husband and I and $25 for our daughter to use at another time. I mentioned the food issues and she said "oh" and walked away. We were offered dessert and ended got coffee to drink and waited another 20+ minutes for cookies to bake. Hot cookies are great but nothing was said when we were given the dessert menu. $300, 3+ hours of waiting and vouchers to try again chances are very unlikely.

    Exceptional food and much too much of it. Our server was terrific, however the arrival of each course was delayed to the point that we weren’t even still hungry as each additional menu item was delivered to our table. Prices high compared to other local steakhouses.
