   Kate was a horrible server, she insulted us when me and my boyfriend were ordering anniversary dinner. Asked us if we are sharing the steak when he was trying to order a steak. Proceeded to ignore us the entire night, came to our table once to fill water and I deliberately watched her walk to all her other tables and acknowledged them. Had to grab her attention to ask for a to go box and the check. Kate was not welcoming and as we were ordering and asking questions she seemed invasive and rude. We felt rushed to order especially when we were ordering a drink. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve experienced at flemings. Next time I’ll drive farther to the summerlin location for better service and better food. Another server mistakenly thought my boyfriend was a female and said “hey ladies”, I understand it was a mistake and the gentleman did apologize but that could’ve been avoided had the server look up at us before placing bread and pumpkin puree on the table. The food runner that brought us our food was very nice and very respectful, even wished us a happy anniversary. Despite Ms. Kate H, food was ok, my prime New York strip steak was salty, which was very surprising. The lobster Mac and cheese had bits of lobster, more cheese than anything, the creamed spinach was phenomenal and the dr loosen wine was great! Probably my favorite part of the experience. The wine! Wow $240 and I’m not even thrilled of this restaurant anymore!

   Great service from Emma, as usual….always something New on the menu and a good variety. We come here every month. We are never rushed And we have a nice enjoyable lunch.

   Our servers were fantastic. The lobster bisque was disappointing- the lobster tasted old. The fish was great.

   Excellent dinner!!!!!! Kate was an excellent server!!!!! We started with the ahi tower/excellent! Followed by a cold, huge wedge salad that my husband & I shared. Excellent blue cheese dressing. New York Steak which was cooked med rare but not a great cut but that NY steak. Will stay with the filet or Rib Eye time. Fleming potatoes are a favorite! Can’t say enough about our visit to Flemmings. The entire staff was friendly an accommodating! Will definitely return and ask for Kate to be our server

   The service was extremely slow and inattentive Had to ask for refills after taking so long to even get drinks. Food was slow and not cooked to temperatures requested. Missing bacon on burgers from the kitchen and server seemed less than concerned. Overall food and service very poor.
