   The staff was exceptional. They made my little man feel like he was the only one in the restaurant for his birthday. Thank you to everyone in the establishment . Especially Eileen!!

    I was hyped to try Flemings, but our experience was poor. We had to be moved because we were seated next to couple who reeked of "MJ", once moved, it took another few minutes to established with the server, The server was friendly and attentive, but the staff helping her was not. They missed a side dish that we ordered but told her it was delivered. The next issue came with the prime rib we ordered. We asked for it to be cooked between medium rare and medium (little pink), when it arrived it was blue - seared on the outside and raw on the inside. My brother, who was with me, ordered a cut of steak as well to be prepared in the same manner, his we overcooked, past medium. The waitress did apologize and did what she could to make it right, and so did the manager. The steak was cooked a second time, but it still was close to rare, rather than waiting for another one to be cooked (the rest of our party was finishing up their meals before we took out first bite) we went with it. The manager did remove the steak and the side we never received and also provided a bit more, but it was disappointing to have to deal with a situation like this from a "high end" steak house.
