We were seated at a bad seat by some back door when there were plenty of tables in the main dining room. I got the roasted beet appetizer…bad. Our drinks were bad, had to send 1 of them back. My entree was not what I ordered. Disappointing experience.

Francesca’s is never a bod choice. The food is always delicious and worth the price. It’s a nice restaurant to celebrate any occasion. I think what I enjoy the most is the menu changes often so it gives you a chance to try new things. We will definitely continue to support this restaurant.

Sat in a hightop by the bar. Izzy was incredible, he offered great drink ideas for me, I’m pregnant so finding a good mocktail is hard but he nailed it. The food was delicious, I could eat the focaccia every single day. I never once felt rushed. Irene the busser was so sweet and helpful. Amazing experience, can’t wait to go back!!

Our service was horrible, waited about 5-10 minutes after being seated for our server to come to take our table. We had to ask a bus boy to ask our waitress to cone to our table. She went to the table that just left to pick up the bill; we had to flag her down to get another drink.It was a Monday night, it was not crowded at all. Food was good. Unfortunately the bad service overpowered the experience

Was there for Thanksgiving buffet and I was very grateful for the wonderful experience. I do not usually go out for the holiday and have always done the cooking. Nice change of pace and excellent quality. Thank you for a memorable and delicious meal! Great meal and service.

Pretty dang good Thanksgiving buffet. We’ll go again. Desserts maybe the weak link. Hey, you don’t s’pose that’s because I was over served on everything else by dessert time, do you? 🤔 But seriously, if a buffet on Thanksgiving is in your wheelhouse, this was a darn good one.
