Chef Sean A. Wight’s vision of an affordable yet stylish dining and social club is born in Frog Hollow Tavern. Located on the 1200 block of Broad Street, the space is a modern “Restaurant meets Bar” where a diverse crowd of people enjoy the company of others paired with a comfortable atmosphere, detailed service, and exquisite affordable cuisine.
Expect a dinner menu that features a substantial amount of local and regionally grown seasonal quality ingredients, and menu that offers unique libations, which encourages an active and lively upscale bar scene.

We are repeat customers that drive 75 minutes to enjoy the great food and service. Our waiter this time was Drifftin, and he was terrific answering all of our questions regarding different dishes. This restaurant never disappoints in delicious food or first class service.

We had a delightful, delicious and fun Valentine’s dinner at Frog Hollow. Jonathan was an excellent server and the food was great…iceberg wedge, sea bass, pork chop, amazing fries & chocolate mousse cake. Highly recommend!

We were seated in the window in the side room and it’s really perfect, great setting. The service was attentive and much appreciated. The salads need love and attention to detail. The wedge salad has too much yellow, core lettuce that should have been removed. The tomatoes are plain sliced grape tomatoes scattered around the plate. The salad needed more dressing and care plus the FHT bacon is nothing special. The apple carpaccio salad needs more ham, more apples, more arugula, more everything. A new salad would be much appreciated. The ribeye was dry and overcooked on the edges. The Mac-n-cheese and collard greens were incredible. I don’t like collards but LOVE FH collards. They are special. Also had the port wine bordelaise and it was very tasty. My brother loved the duck and the other brother thought the halibut was pretty good as well. Hopefully a new spring menu will add more choices to a very good establishment in the Augusta area.

Lovely setting, lovely menu. My ribeye was super tough and I would not order it again for $48. The noise level was so loud you could not carry on a conversation without yelling.
