Froggy’s French Café has been serving Chicago’s North Shore award winning French cuisine for almost 40 years. Known for our ambiance, friendly knowledgeable service and presentation we serve the freshest seafood and vegetables and steaks.

We recommend starting with a glass of wine, a bowl of French Onion Soup or escargot appetizer, and then move on to our seasonal seafood mains, fresh pastas or our classic steak and frits. My husband and I went with our two granddaughters. The food and service were excellent!!! Our server Peter was great! We all had a wonderful time!

Great spot for lunch. Gave a nice big pour on glass of champagne. Had the daily quiche with house salad - everything was delicious. Service was very strong from the minute we came through the door and were greeted and shown to the table. Decor is a bit tired but the food was as wonderful as I remembered it to be.

Fabulous restaurant! Owner/operators take pride in their establishment and provide cozy decor/excellent food and personable service all for a reasonable price making dining there a good value. Can't think of another restaurant that does it all as well as this one.

Absolutely perfect Valentines Day dinner, with wonderful menu specials (Beef Wellington, Symphonie of Seafood, etc), romantic atmosphere and fine wine. Chef Thierry made it truly special.

Froggy's is a wonderful dining experience. The elaborate menu provides a great variety of meat and fish and the food is high quality and well prepared. Even the bread and french cultured butter is special and you don't need to ask for it. Thierry still has what it takes. Try the Cassoulet paired with the Cote du Rhone. It was fabulous.
