   Service was very slow to start, but got better after got an assigned waiter. The food was not impressive and expensive. Tip was automatically charged even there were only 3 of us, which was not right. The hotel needs an updated. Will not come back.

   We went there on the Christmas Day. The lady said $100 per person. I didn’t know that they automatically charge 20% tip even the worst service. They charge the corkage $30 if you bring the bottle of wine. The server didn’t tell us. The food was terrible cold and taste terrible. Never come back here.

   Fuego has such a great ambiance, almost impossible to beat if you enjoy waterside dining with breathtaking views and understated elegance. Food is always tasty but service is typically a bit spotty, but the ambience usually makes up for any service glitches. Last night’s prix fixe Christmas dinner, though, was so RUSHED, not enjoyable. There are many examples but the most offensive one was our party of three were still eating our dinners, plates in front of us, when the server brought the desserts and inquired if we were done. Two of us were not, but the server removed our plates (still with dinner on them) and left the ice cream topped desserts in their place. We were not slow diners. Our dinner plates were removed within 20 mins of being served but then replaced with dessert. We were in and out within 65 mins of being seated. My guess is the aim was to turn tables every hour on Christmas. We asked the server why it was so rushed, as it wasn’t crowded. He said the kitchen staff was controlling the pace. We suggested the diners themselves should set the pace, especially if they’re not lingering too long. Expense was expected, including ridiculous validated parking fee, but we didn’t expect to have to be in and out in just under an hour.

   The food was delicious and the ambiance was really nice with live music and views of the marina. Their coffee is yummy too! The waiters were really nice but the hostess looked like she didn’t want to be there. I still recommend this place!

   Service was good. Parking lot was ample and the $5 fee for parking with Fuego validation is reasonable. Food was okay but view and service are excellent.

   The waterfront is beautiful the experience overall was okay. They were very slow and we waited long waits to get service. Many of the employees were standing around chatting, we were charged 20 percent tip on our receipt for a party of 5. I have never heard of that and almost doubled to them. I 20-22 all the time unless we receive service issues and planned already on going them 18 % that honestly should have been 10 of treating for actual service. After I paid the bill we waited 30 minutes for boxes for our to go food after asking multiple times. Once again I have to say never at one time were there more then 3 tables and multiple employees standing around chatting. Too bad it was absolutely beautiful and the food was a 4 not the best as it was not brought to as warm, again probably a service issue
