With a vibrantly colored indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking panoramic views of downtown Long Beach and the historic Queen Mary, Fuego is an amazing restaurant in Long Beach CA that specializes in mariscos (fresh seafood). The ambiance, service and food are outstanding. Large portions of either appetizer or food, enough to take home what you don't finish, but pricey! Validated Parking was welcomed, just get there early enough before the "required reservation" time to find a spot to park. Views are breathtaking, which makes this venue a perfect date night for romantic escapes.

Ran out of scallops on a Thanksgiving dinner when restaurant wasn't a full capacity. Many tables were empty at 6:30pm. If I need to ask for silverware when my food is on the table how am I going to eat it?

Thanksgiving dinner… Turkey dinner was great, salmon dinner was great, prime rib dinner was… Not prime rib. We didn’t get our entrée until an hour and a half after we were seated. The “prime rib” was a very thin slice of some kind of a steak. It had been grilled when I ordered medium rare. The texture, appearance and flavor of prime rib is very distinctive. It was slaughtered in a heavy beef gravy, which was another clue. I spoke to the manager of the restaurant and he insisted it was prime rib.

Everything was perfect expect we ordered the burgers medium rare and they were cooked well. Too hungry to send back but had a great time the waiter was very attentive the music was amazing
