Built on the penthouse level of the vibrant Limegrove Lifestyle complex, Fusion Rooftop offers sweeping floor to ceiling views of the west coast of Barbados that creates a visual backdrop few artists can match. With a spacious, visually stunning design, the 72 seat ‘alfresco’ restaurant combines seamlessly with an extensive contemporary lounge and dramatic full service bar.

Fusion Rooftop blends true feng shui with the four natural elements. The natural harmony comes to life as you enter to a green and vibrant ‘live wall’, with a central Zen water-table creating a calm and central oasis. Fire pits combine with the constantly cooling trade-winds, which flow through the restaurant, to sustain the perfect ambience for entertaining.

Fusion Rooftop offers a high class, yet informal, dining style. With a philosophy of authentically sophisticated cuisine, the menu is comprehensive and alluring, whilst being approachable for every palate.

Our experience at Fusion Rooftop was excellent. Food and service were first class. We have been many times previously. Only negative was the hot temperature in the pre dinner drinks area. That said a minor issue bearing in mind everything else was exceptional. ps the Sushi is to die for....

If you want something different to the usual array of high end beach restauarants or rustic calypso huts on the Platinum coast, Fusion is a delighful chic and sleek city cosmopolitan feeling restaurant. Located on the top floor of the classy Lime Grove centre in Hole Town provides a very different vibe to the mainstay dining. Staff were attentive, and professional although ever so slightly clinical. Food was exquistite, flavourosme and perfect size portions - dessert of pannacotta sadly left alot to be desired being grainy and over spiced with nutmeg. It was sent back and removed from the bill without quibble but the offer an alternative would have been nice too. Cocktails were refreshing and delish. We had a slight mishap with a spilled drink that was dealt with discreetly and the drink replaced - the owner came over to check on us which was nice. Being a roof top restaurant i was expecting sweeping open panoramic views over Hole Town but the terrace was confined to a small corner area cramped next to the bar. The dining room was located inside and lacked some of the air circulation properties of other restuarants we tried and so made for a somewhat uncomfortably warm environment, although supplemented with floor fans that created windswept hairdos . An overall delighful experience.

From the minute you step out of the elevator, you know you are going to have a great night. The decor is stunning, and the service is wonderful. We had an amazing dinner, and will book again and again based on our dining experience.

The service was excellent. The servers were attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent but we rated it 4 stars because some portions were rather small, eg the paté, especially when compared to similar quality restaurants. Ambiance was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.
