The New York strip special was a little tough and the New Mexico lamb was a bit gamey. The wasabi Caesar was fantastic as was the mushroom bisque. They only have one organic wine on the menu, which is mostly Californian (fruit forward, overpriced). The appetizer selection is not as elegant as before, many changes not all good. Suggest you split the entree as they serve very healthy portions.

Geronimos delivered as expected! One surprise was in our group there is one vegan. Last time we were to eat there a person on the phone said absolutely no accommodations for any dietary restrictions. She was wrong! They were so accommodating to everyone. The vegan was made a fabulous risotto which she said was the best she’s ever had. So yay Geronimos and the chef. The lobster tails, carpaccio, fish cocktails dessert all spectacular.

Fabulous. Geronimo’s reputation as Santa Fe’s best restaurant is well deserved. My companion and I are not big eaters. We shared the ahi appetizer which was superb, if skimpy for two people, and the pork shank, which was melt In your mouth delicious and so ample that we each took home a portion for lunch tomorrow. My only complaint is that the bread was meh.

We had little time before a concert and yet the kitchen managed to produce 3 courses without making it feel rushed. Every dish was great. Lobster bisque, foie gras, crab/scallop risotto were the appetizers, and lobster with thin spaghetti and chili cream sauce was exceptional. Sea bass with mushroom/miso broth was more delicate in flavor and also delicious, both cooked to perfection. Cardamom creme brulee was the best I've ever had.
