Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

We had a fabulous night at Giada’s in The Cromwell. The food was fun, inspired flavors, perfect quantities. The only draw back to the whole evening was being in a window table facing the blinding GIANT Screen outside. It is roughly the size of a drive in theater screen and blasted us with repeating ads of food, women in lingerie and football. We ignored it best we could and enjoyed the memorable food!! (Although my husband was less bothered by the lingerie shots than I 🤣)

The veal was amazing but the risotto might have been one of the most bland things I have ever eaten. Additionally, the parpadelle was pretty basic. Dessert felt store bought. Our initial table was in a booth in the bar that was dirty. We complained and they moved us. Our server Carlos was good.

I had tasting menu. Don’t care too much about it. I thought it was going to be better to try a few thing on the menu. For the price the food is not great at all.

The food was just as amazing as the last time we ate there. The restaurant is beautiful and a great view if you get a window seat. Our waiter Rocco was wonderful and made our experience even better.
