   We had a terrible waiter who was very irritated that we didn’t order hors d’oeuvres wine and dessert along with our entrées. Only one lady in our table ordered salad, and when he brought her salad to the table, he told her she might want to eat it quickly because it was holding up the rest of our food. Very, very rude! The lemon spaghetti was wonderful and the ambience was nice.

   I was disappointed as we took a friend for her birthday, thought they would provide a small dessert to make it special. Also, I thought bread would be provided until meals were brought to us. Yes, bread and condiments were provided at a cost. The service was great but expensive.

   My husband and I have been here several times and decided to bring family this time around. We reserved and paid for the “guaranteed window table” but it was sadly not actually a window table. We were sat at a table away from the windows, one that faced the waiter station, so only one of the people in my party could see a window, but there was no view. It is insulting that this was the “experience” that they advertise. Food was great as usual but I had much higher expectations for a pre-paid, minimum per person required, experience. Point is - focus on the food. It’s phenomenal. The service and experience is really a gamble.

    I have been to Giada's several times in the past, and this dinner was not good. The portions were extremely small for the pasta, and one guest had to order to overpriced bread to be full for dinner. Although our server Fabio was exceptional, it was sad to see he was serving over half of the the dining room with several large groups that needed attention. Our group was 7 and the table next to us was a group of 8. We booked a resy for dinner before a show at Bellagio, and although our server did his best, Giada's is missing the mark of fine dining. HIgh prices, very small portions and noise level was at a high decibal. I could not even hear conversation across the table, so could only converse with the person next to me.
