Unfortunately, I’m going to say I was very underwhelmed. I was very excited about going to the Gordon Ramsay pub and Grill. We are from Vancouver and I watch all of his shows and I was very excited about trying his food. Unfortunately, the French onion soup came out warm, not hot And after my partner, and I ate the fish and chips and shepherds pie, we both had severe belly aches , I think it was from the oil that was used to cook the food There is no way both of us would’ve had these type of bellyaches I still have reservations at Hills’s kitchen tomorrow. I’m debating if I wanna continue going to that restaurant or cancel the reservation. On a positive note for dessert we had to sticky toffee pudding, which was absolutely out of this world, and I would definitely have that again

The staff was very professional, we had reservations and was seated very quickly. The waiter that we had was awesome, very knowledgeable about the food that was on the menu and took care of us. Over all we were very pleased with Gordon Ramsay Pup & Grill. I highly recommend this place! If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Kudos to all the staff at Gordon Ramsay Pup & Grill!

My food was great I had the shrimp sandwich and lobster risotto both delicious however my daughter ordered medium rare steak and it was well done not really what you expect from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant Desert was ok not great

Had a great experience the other sit staff was amazing timely and prompt seating, however the portions were not worth the 149.00 that they charge.

As it was NYE it was a set menu which we were fine with. Choice of appetizers, main and dessert. We had reservations at 19:30 and were seated right away. It took a while for our server to come and take our drink orders (also didn’t have a wine list on table). Received our drinks and orders right away. Everything came in a timely manner. There was 2 choices for dessert but one was not available. Our server was pleasant and polite. Overall great experience.

Super disappointed in lobster 🦞 risotto thought would be more lobster. 🦞 and super disappointed looking forward to dessert then after dinner right before dessert being served told only one option cheesecake was kid servable. Nothing offered in exchange for this disappointment on New Year’s Eve night
