With its warm, inviting and modern design, Granite City Food & Brewery’s expansive interior features a spacious and comfortable dining room, four-sided modern, full-service bar and three private dining areas, as well as an outdoor patio. The only reason I’m giving it a three stars is because of my experience with the hostess! She was unethical, disrespectful showed frustration behavior just because we asked to move to a different table. On the other hand we had the most amazing, patience, experienced waiter. TONY made it up for us, he made our experience worth staying. Ask for him when dining.

This is our new go to place. Food is always fantastic as well as the service. We do make reservation, especially wise for Saturdays. Last time we were there homecoming time! With that alot of young adults. We were seated promptly. Our server very attentive. We’re already planning menu selections for next visit!

Went for lunch. Took advantage of daily special for appetizers, as well as Halloween coupon for $10 off $30, which made for a reasonably priced lunch. Service taking our order was a bit slow as they were understaffed, but our order was brought out in a reasonable time and was all decent temperature... not hot, but warm. Drink refills provided as my drink emptied... a peeve of mine if that doesn't happen. All in all a pleasant experience. Will keep my eye on the daily specials to take advantage of those for the value.

Food was not good at all, we have eaten here a few years ago and it was much better. I dont know what happened to this place, but its really NOT GOOD. We ordered a burger, it was cooked properly, our dishes had food stains all over them, gross. Our cookie dessert had hair in it. It was nauseating. Our server was the only thing good about this place, he was kind and on top of everything, he was really apologectic about the food and hair. The hostess, was slow and didnt even greet us when we were the only ones in the lobby. This is a resturant in Troy on Big Beaver and it did not feel that way at all. You need to do better. We will not be eating here ever again.

They waiter and host was great, they remembered i wanted to surprise my mom with a birthday dessert. they did an great job. She loved her food the steak was great. My food the fish tacos was awful, i wouldn't order that again.
