   We had a tremendous experience at G&G. The food was tremendous from the tuna starter to the cod, filet, lamb rags special, house and Caesar salads. James, our server, was attentive and well versed on the menu and specials. This is our fourth visit to the restaurant and each experience has been outstanding and remarkably consistent. This restaurant was buzzing when we arrived at 5:45. The vibrant energy does translate into a noisy environment. If you are needing a quieter evening, then ask to be seated in one of several areas that are off the main floor of the restaurant. This is an expensive night out to be sure but consistent with other outstanding big city fine dining restaurants. I believe that you will find the outstanding food, service and ambiance. All of which are unparalleled.

   Food was one of the best we have had in quite awhile. The octopus appetizer was delicious. Steaks were excellent and the service very friendly. Noise level was very high. We had difficulty having a conversation. The music could be turned down a bit. We will definitely go back but will request a booth or a table where it’s not as noisy.

   This is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is vey good. Noticed they started adding a 4% charge for the kitchen/chef.

   For appetizers, wagyu tartare and cheese charcuterie was good while octopus was okay, for the main course, we had wagyu filet mignon and it was amazing. Definitely something we will go back to. Properly cooked and almost melts in your mouth. Flavor was very good too. For dessert, we had the cookies and toffee cake. Cookies were salty and I couldn't eat and would not recommend them. But the toffee cake was pretty good. The only negative we found was the service. It was a bit slow and we had to wait for our drinks and the refill came only after we finished our entire food and after the table was cleared. Considering that's a one off, overall, a good experience. We paid $590 including gratuities for 4.

   Absolutely love this place. The whole staff is amazing. We come here every year to celebrate our child’s Heartaversary (having a heart transplant), and the staff always makes it such a special occasion. And the food is the best!!!!! Best steak in town, everything is delicious. We will be coming here for years

    Our first time dining at Guard and Grace. Our waiter, Jonathon, was outstanding. His suggestions and answers to our questions were so helpful. The food was amazing.
