It was NYD but, we had reservations. We were seated timely, a server came and took our orders. Brought drink, and water. We did not see our server for 40 minutes. All of us were out of water and drinks. I walked to reception desk to request service. Shortly after the visit to the service desk the server showed with food. All the hot food was cold and crusty. We were also brought a pitcher of water. Well, water, and cold food is better than no food or a beverage. Disappointing visit!

It was Christmas night. The restaurant was packed. They had a special-a 3 course meal. I got there at 6:30 pm and did not leave until after 8 pm. It took forever to get the food. The 1st and second entrees were brought at the same time, instead of separately. It took forever to get the dessert. The entree was just okay. I took the salad to go, since it was brought too late. The kitchen was obviously overwhelmed and not able to accommodate the crowd. The server did an excellent job at trying to compensate for their ineptness. I felt sorry for him—many unhappy guests!!! Would not recommend for a Christmas dinner—-but not too many places were open, so the choice was limited.

Long long wait food, drink I got after my dinner! My bday dinner ughhh..no time for dessert. Dirty menus. Cold in there even being far from doors. Cold draft. No pickle with my burger. Just overall not thrilled and usually I Luv hardrock

Our server was wonderful, but obviously overwhelmed and embarrassed by the errors of her staff. Our orders were completely wrong, saturated in spices and sauces, and worse than we could have imagined. We've been here several times and it was fine, this was horrible.
