    We booked online from the Uk in October for a table on NYD . We arrived about 5 mins before our reservation and the hostility we were greeted with was appalling Your front of house hosts are an absolute disgrace to your company . Their arrogant attitude was abhorrent not only towards my family but to other potential diners in the immediate vicinity . To be verbally abused and discussed in ear shot in my opinion is poor judgement not only by staff whom represent your organisation but also it takes nothing to show kindness and courtesy to basically the customers who pay their wages .I can’t understand why you would condone such behaviour from your employees . However , our server was impeccable. Such a friendly and professional demeanour an asset to your organisation

    Great New Year’s Day experience at HRC Times Sqaure. Our server was fantastic. Thanks to our server Eddison! We told him we were on a time schedule and he was great with keeping us informed and making sure we made our tour.

    Lovely food and great service. Opened at 12 and table was booked for 12. My only suggestion would be either open the door and allow in so can be seated for 12 or don't book tables for the time you open.
