    We had Thanksgiving here. As far as I know, most of the elements on the Thanksgiving dinner aren’t usual for Hard Rock, but you’d never know. It was delicious! Jerome was a great server!

    One of the worst dining experiences I have ever experienced. Firstly our party of 2 were located to an area of empty 20 tables by the host to be told by the waiting staff that area was closed. They spoke to management however decided to leave us in this section on our own with no atmosphere…Ten minutes after ordering we were surrounded by a group of 50+ young teenagers and teachers, the teachers who spoke to us mistakenly thinking we were pupils. The noise levels were beyond ridiculous and there was no control over the kids who were spilling juice for fun. Our food arrived cold looking like it had been thrown on the plate. We tried to highlight the situation to management however they were uninterested in our complaint. How sad to see customer care and client consideration of this once fabulous hospitality favourite destroyed by bad decisions from unprofessional management.
