   We’ve actually been there before and enjoyed it. The pretzel charcuterie is awesome but we got the dinner for two and the ribs and brisket were both overdone and crunchy. Definitely not worth $84. Our server never came back after the food we brought out and didn’t refill water till we were done eating.

   We decided to go to Harvest at Hotel Hershey to celebrate a special occasion. It was the Sunday brunch. The waitress was so kind as to bring us a cocktail that was not on the menu, which which is much appreciated. We had the crab and vegetable soups which were very good! Then came the lobster omelettes which were cold. I think they would’ve been very good. Had they been served fresh and hot but they apparently had been sitting. For dessert we had the chocolate lava cake which is normally served warm. This was not it appeared to have been refrigerated and the chocolate sauce was cold. It was not at all the typical lava cake. These two things were disappointing for a place like Hotel Hershey. The service was very good and possibly we will give it a try again.

   Steak and burgers were all burnt and terrible. The only flavor to them was the burnt char from a grille that was way too hot. Have been coming here for years, but this is the last time.

   The Harvest is a restaurant at the Hotel Hershey that is separate from the main hotel. The food and service was excellent in a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing in January for extensive renovation. Not sure when it will reopen and what it will look like.

   The service and food were excellent! From the moment we walked in the door the Hostess Barbara was amazing! She was friendly, kind and so pleasant. She made all of us few so welcome and like we were in someone’s home. Our server was wonderful and did an excellent job. The food was delicious.

   Our favorite Hershey hotel restaurant. Food is always delicious and freshly prepared. Love the fireplace and ambiance.

   The food and service were top notch, there were a few loud tables there for the first half of our meal, but then they left and things relaxed.

   Brought my colleagues for a business lunch. It was their first time there and they all enjoyed. Lindsay is the best and I will request her every opportunity I have.

    We had a nice seat at the fireplace, our server was wonderful, attentive but not hovering. The meals were paced well. Absolutely love the cheese, pretzel and meats app. All our meals were great. Will return.
