   We were a big party of 10 with guests from out of town, including kids. There was food options for everyone to enjoy including a burger at a cuban restaurant. Service was prompt and everyone enjoyed it.

   Shahira was amazing, very attentive and great. We had some errors with the tab, always check your receipts.

   Everything was great besides the girls the hostess at the front desk horrible approach, very rude, greedy, not friendly at all. I almost left and i didn’t because it was my granddaughter’s 15 birthday’s and they were aware of it I had reservations and all they care it’s to charge $5 for when the band started I said no problem they wanted to seat me on a table I was not comfortable with since I was with my other 10 year old granddaughter and they both had just arrived from a long flight I went to picked them up from the airport and took them straight to the restaurant and this girls gave me a very bad attitude and time. Shame on them. I didn’t call the manager not to upset my granddaughter with a problem. I hope today for my birthday I won’t go trough the same. Thank you

   Pretty sad, we wanted to go listen to Live music and had to pre-paid to reserve the table and there was NOT a live show, no one said anything, when I asked they said they will be a DJ later on 😐 why didn't i get my money back then? Live music apparently is not guarantee but they make you pay regardless??? That said, don't pay in advance just go and if you are lucky they might have someone singing and you can pay happily. We could’ve gone somewhere else, food is ok, but we wanted live music, not a DJ.

   Remarkable experience. The hostesses, wait staff, and busboys were friendly. Service was excellent. Food was superb. I am sorry they didn’t have a band that night. It was worth the trip. Great great food and mojitos.

   The food was good. The service started out great but deteriorated. 1 I didn’t appreciate the photographer not getting the hint we didn’t want to be bothered. 2 It took forever to get my check settled, I had to go speak to manager who promptly took care of the situation. Overall I liked the vibe but the staff could pay more attention to the customers.
