   I have been to Hemenway's in the past and this restaurant never ceases to be top notch. The Service (shoutout to Mia!) was fantastic and the food and atmosphere outstanding. I highly recommend Hemenway's. We were celebrating an anniversary and it was pretty cool that our table was sprinkled with rose petals and we were greeted numerous times with a hearty "Happy Anniversary! by a number of the wait staff and greeters(?). Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants anywhere!

   I had arctic char cooked very well and my wife had scallops with Jerusalem artichoke. The fish was cooked nicely. Side of garlic spinach was very good. The crispy baby potatoes were not crispy, but that was the only real issue. Wines selections were good by the glass. We had the key lime pie which was HUGE and delicious. Server was attentive and very nice. Loved the way they serve tea, loose leaf in your own teapot. We would go again… joined the rewards program shared by many other restaurants, mostly in Newport

   Food was delicious. Had the crab cakes and bacon wrapped scallops with some sort or orange jelly reduction. It was phenomenal. Scallops were cooked to perfection. Dinner was a stuffed lobster and lobster tortelloni. Everything was amazing.

   We love Hemenway's! When going to Providence it's our restaurant of choice; we've even hosted our family holiday party there. From family style service to individual meals, the food is always excellent and the impeccable service makes every meal a terrific experience.

   My husband and I went to dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary and everything was incredible. The food was absolutely amazing and our server, Danny, was equally great. We had an amazing table near the window so we could see the water and view of Providence. We ordered the filet and seafood casserole and both were out of this world, best steak my husband has ever eaten.

    First time at Hemenway’s. It was an amazing experience. Food was great and our service was fantastic! We look forward to going back. Highly recommended!
