   The food was outstanding and our server, Paul took care of us and went above and beyond. Lastly, we had a nightcap at the bar and the lady bartender was fabulous. Her drinks were “on point” and the service was second to none.

   Food was was lukewarm warm and rubbery. Waitress appeared shy and could barely be heard and avoided coming to table. We had heard it was a nice place and we could see the potential so hopefully it was a combination of a new waitress and the chef’s night off.

   Food and service was great. Only thing both steaks my wife and I ordered came out at room temp our potato’s were hotter than the steak.

   Would have much better if Hennon had not seated my party of 4 in the back room with a party of 20… poor decision on their part, and yes there were other tables open.

   Absolutely fabulous experience! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was the perfect blend of sophisticated but warm. Loved it!

   The service and overall atmosphere were excellent. Three of the four meals were exceptional but the last one, the house filet, was over cooked and tough. The server responded quickly with an apology and had a second one prepared. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived we were pretty much finished with our meals. And that was very disappointing, especially at a steakhouse like Hennen’s. And we were charged the full amount for the overcooked steak which was a bit of a surprise. We will continue to dine at Hennen’s since our past experiences have all been wonderful. It’s just unfortunate that there was a fly in the ointment on this occasion. EJ

   All our good & wine was wonderful. The smoked salmon appetizer was great. Everyone who had steak was happy.... prepared to exact temperatures. Very nice Paul was our waiter and as usual he is spectacular!!! Took great care of us !

   A delightful dinner for six before attending a show. The menu had a nice variety of options and everyone found something that appealed to their preferences. Presentation, temperature and flavor were all excellent. Will go back!

    I would note that the staff is excellent, which is probably the best thing Hennen's has to offer. There is no endless swarm of managers at Hennen's, as their waiters and waitresses know precisely what they are doing at all times. Essentially, whoever is training staff here might deserve a gold star. The food was delicious, yet I was slightly disappointed with the size of the Flounder serving, but it was still tasty. There is also a slight caution to the end of the NY Strip cuts as they can have an overwhelming flavor in those pieces of fat, which could catch people off guard.
