   I usually love the chicken Milanese as it’s very thin and crispy. Today it was thick and a bit tough. Not quite as good as usual.

   Love the Soho house venues but have eaten here twice and on both occasions left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. Cold Souffle once and when they reappeared with a replacement it was much the same as the first. The one member of staff who looked after us was very nice so that was a plus point.

   Not been here for over a year. We both had smoked haddock soufle with a lemon sauce - very good For main we had the special which was roast pork belly. Not overcooked and the crackling was good. We'll be back

   Loved this Brasserie, but the standard of food has generally deteriorated. Our recent meal here was simply dreadful. We only stayed and paid as we had invited friends to celebrate a birthday. Mains were moules marinière - zero taste, moules minuscules with many 'empty' shells, generally tasted like pre-fab cheap dish. Thank goodness the waitress was simply lovely and professional.

   Food was reasonable but service was poor, especially on drinks. I arrived at 7.15pm and ordered two glasses of champagne for a celebration with my sister. Twenty minutes later I chased up and still had to wait another five minutes (and ask again for them) though to be fair the waitress then said they were on the house due to the long wait. The same thing happened with the wine order - we had to ask twice and it was a long time coming, so there seems to be an issue between waiting staff and the bar team. The decor is nice but our table felt like we were in a thoroughfare, lots of waiting staff dashing past our table and yet the service felt really slow. Overall a bit lacking in atmosphere and didn’t feel particularly special even though we’d come for a celebration.

    It’s an elegant set of spacious rooms and bar. The menu is well balanced with plenty of choice. We ordered 2 starters each, calamari and tuna carpaccio , both very good and perfect for a pre cinema supper. I had a pint of Posh Lager which was excellent. The staff were attentive and charming. A good place .
