    While the service and hospitality were amazing, our food was cold. The steaks were not warm, the fries looked like they were sitting for some time. I even ordered an afogato and the coffee was dead cold. I would not recommend the experience, it's not worth it.

    Will come back again and again. The food is amazing, the people are excellent, and the ambiance is perfect for everything from a dinner with friends to an intimate dinner with a loved one. Love this place.

    Food is pretty good. Crabcakes were above average. Seasonal fall dish with chicken and gnocchi was average. I found the gnocchi to be wrong texture(mushy but not in a tender gnocchi, kind of way) and flavors were a bit bland. Chicken was fantastic though. In terms of service, everyone is very nice and accommodating, but I’m pretentious (I admit it) and appreciate when servers and bartenders have more knowledge on the ingredients in the dishes. If you’re going to advertise yourself as farm to table, train your servers about the local sources of the ingredients. The bartender was googling questions I asked and had difficulty giving me clear recommendations on the menu.

    Pasta was overcooked and flavorless, the steak was horrible and not enough chimichurri, the French fries were saggy. Would never come back

    One of the saltiest meals ive ever had. Couldn't even eat most of it. For the cost it was pretty disappointing. Likely my last visit to hillside

    Recommended by our hotel and it was lovely. The bolognese was delicious. The steak was nice as well. The service was fine though my server forgot to bring a side (which was fine since the portions were big) but she was very nice.

    Food was excellent. Steak was a tad undercooked but we sent it back and they fixed it and deducted it from our tab. Excellent service!

    Overall a sweet spot for late breakfast with really good food. We sat in the back room which we really liked. However, it must have been really busy because after taking our order we never saw the wait staff again. Its always nice if they check in or offer a tea refill. Fortunately, there were no issues with the food. Great fall salad.
