    We had an 830 reservation after an 8 hour car trip. We stood at the host table for 10 minutes. Nobody came to greet us. We had to go looking for somebody to seat us. We got our first drink right away. Our food came quickly, but nobody ever checked on us until we were almost done eating, I would’ve ordered another glass of wine, but we were already practically finished and they were cleaning up all around us.  We had been here several times before in previous years and enjoyed it. Very disappointed last night.

    What a fantastic late lunch we had today. The servers were wonderful, and the food was fantastic as always. Our primary server suggested the omelet and the scallop salad. We decided to get both and split them! He even put a 4th scallop on the salad split so to avoid problems! We even split a piece of the olive oil cake which was light and tasty! Thanks for a great afternoon!

    We always love going to Hudson. It’s close to our house. We always know what to expect. Yes, on the expensive side, but we still go there.

    We have been here numerous times and always had great service and food. This time the food took forever to come out and it was only lukewarm. Our server also messed up our order.

    We had a larger party and were thoughtfully placed in a private room. Our server was friendly and initially attentive; however, she didn’t return to refill our drinks and left us at the table after we had completed our meal for over 20 minutes. I actually had to go and find her to request our check. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had stated on our reservation that this was a birthday celebration and it wasn’t even acknowledged. Very disappointing. Portion size of our entrees was mostly generous. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Filets were overcooked but still edible. Overall I was underwhelmed.

    Hudson 29 is top notch restaurant. The service is professional and efficient. The food is just a level above most places. It doesn’t matter if it’s the tortilla chips or an entree. Everything is done at a really high level.
