   Classic steak cellar with handsomely dressed waiters and a sommelier. They make the salads table side. The entrees are a deal because it comes with bread, mini sorbet and chocolate covered dessert with dried fruits. Table side cherry jubilee and banana Foster is a visual treat.

   Went about a year ago and wasn’t impressed, wasn’t checked on, food was delayed and cold but the taste was there and having tickets to a show that was to follow dinner we just paid and left. Knowing the reputation of this place we wanted to try again this time having no plans after and they didn’t disappoint. Ahmad and David were always floating around ready for a refill or removal of plates. Also let us know dinner was quite ready or the bar tender stepped away so there is a minor delay, perfect! Thanks for letting us know, it is reassuring for us that you or the back staff didn’t lose or overlook our order. I really appreciated that. I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance.    My partner and myself both ordered the ribeye steak. Both ordered medium rare. Neither was cooked even close to medium rare. Mine was very tough on one end and excellent on the other. My partners was basically bad overall. White asparagus was not cooked not even close. Service was excellent wine was excellent but the food was not good especially for the price that we paid.

   Hugo’s is a long time favorite in the Vegas valley. Well worth your time and money to visit them. Food is almost always top notch, only once did we have a suspect meal. NYE 2024-25 was once again, sublime.

   Excellent wine selection and support from their Sommelier John. The table side service by Vidal was awesome and our Waiter Carlos made for an incredible anniversary celebration. Food was outstanding. Great place for special occasions. We traveled here from FL and we’ll be back. It’s a hidden gem on Fremont!!

   One of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere dark and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about the place and would highly recommend it,
